The goal of this project was to examine the efficacy of public and private EMS service delivery in Minnesota. MSFCA project lead BJ Jungmann collaborated with students in Professor Robin Phinney’s course, PA 8081: Public Affairs Capstone to conduct a comparative analysis and policy interviews, and provide guidance and recommendations for how to approach revising current state EMS policy.
