The City of Ramsey works to attract and retain the highest quality staff possible to ensure effective governance. As such, the City is considering adding programs that would improve office culture and encourage staff to perform at their highest level. Students in HRIR 6304: Employee Development: Creating a Competitive Advantage, taught by Stacy Doepner-Hove, worked with City staff to identify areas in which the City of Ramsey could implement such programs. The students researched ways the City of Ramsey could increase staff cultural awareness and diversity to support a more inclusive and welcoming workplace environment. The students’ final report and poster are available.enRamseysustainabilitylocal governmentCity of Ramsey Projects, 2017-2018Shifting to a More Diverse and Inclusive CultureReport
