Bedor, Mikala M2019-06-192019-06-192013https://hdl.handle.net/11299/203717Background  In late 2012, the Hennepin County Teen Parent Connection received a grant from the University of Minnesota’s Center for Urban and Regional Affairs. The Hennepin County Teen Parent Connection sought to understand the gaps and overlaps in the services available to teen mothers, fathers and their children within Hennepin County.  Project Goals  There were two primary goals for the Community Asset Mapping Project:  To understand the existing services available to teen mothers, fathers and their children in Hennepin County. To identify gaps in the services available to teen mothers, fathers and their children within Hennepin County.  Emerging trends  These data revealed three general trends:  Differences in the general accessibility of services for teen mothers, fathers and their children residing in Northwestern, Western and Southern Hennepin County.  Differences in the accessibility of certain types of services based on the minor and adult status of teen mothers and fathers.  Differences in breadth of services offered to teen mothers and fathers  enCommunity Asset Mapping ProjectReport
