The Hennepin County Teen Parent Connection sought to understand the gaps and overlaps in the services available to teen mothers, fathers and their children within Hennepin County.  Project Goals  There were two primary goals for the Community Asset Mapping Project:  To understand the existing services available to teen mothers, fathers and their children in Hennepin County.
