Neuroticism_model_3fact_GWASofF_allchr.txt.gz contains the summary statistics for the group factors. In the latter file, the columns without a numerical suffix correspond to depressed affect; the columns with the suffix .1 correspond to worry; the columns with the suffix .2 correspond to vulnerability. Note that the last factor was not extensively analyzed in our paper. We conducted genome-wide association studies (GWAS) at the latent level of the factors measured by the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised neuroticism assessment. To be specific, we applied the software tool Genomic SEM to the item-level summary statistics made available by Nagel et al. (2018). Here we present the summary statistics of the neuroticism general factor and the group factors (depressed affect, worry, vulnerability). We also present the DEPICT collections file based on the 1000 Genomes phase 3 that we employed in our bioinformatic follow-up. To ease dissemination of our results for other scientific endeavors, we are sharing our files here to facilitate downloading.CC0 1.0 Universalhttp://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/Data related to "The genetic and neural bases of the neuroticism general factor"Datasethttps://doi.org/10.13020/3jgp-2z08
