Advisor: Roger Rusack. 1 computer file (PDF); xi, 186 pages. The thesis presents a precise measurement of the CP-odd coupling of the Higgs boson produced in association with a W or Z boson in the diphoton decay channel. The best-fit value of the CP-odd fractional cross-secion in this channel is determined to be (0.2 +1.0 −0.9) x 10⁻⁴ at the Higgs mass of 125.38 GeV. Including all major production modes of the Higgs boson in the diphoton decay channel, the best-fit value is measured to be (0.2 +0.8 -0.4) × x 10⁻⁴ at a Higgs mass of 125.38 GeV. These are the strongest limits set on the CP-odd fractional cross-section to date. Additionally, the thesis outlines a system capable of measuring and correcting the wander in a distributed clock to sub-picosecond precision.enCharge parity in Higgs Boson Decays and Picosecond Timing.Thesis or Dissertation
