Using the Student Experience in the Research University survey, this study suggests that students' satisfaction with faculty, peer, college/staff, and department advisers is positively predictive of their sense of belonging while only students' satisfaction with college/staff advisers is predictive of their retention.en-USFirst Year ExperiencePresentation
