The goal of this project was to understand the motivations, barriers, and opportunities of landlord participation in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program in Scott County. Scott County CDA project lead Molly Link collaborated with students in Peter Bernardy’s course, PA 5311, to gather data via interviews and a survey of landlords to understand perceptions and experiences related to the program, and develop recommendations for the Scott County CDA.
