As part of a Redevelopment Master Plan, the City of St. Paul identified live/work housing as a priority. The goal of the project was to determine the feasibility of this type of development in the City. Project lead Paul Ammerman worked with students in HSG 4461: Housing Development and Management, taught by Becky Yust and Lyn Bruin, to create a development proposal for a potential live/work development in the City.
