Our previous language does not reflect the RISP team's ongoing commitment to social inclusion of people with IDD.The Residential Information Systems Project (RISP) at the University of Minnesota maintains data on longterm supports and services (LTSS) recipients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This report describes the status and trends in publicly funded LTSS for the year ending June 30, 2019 (Fiscal Year 2019). This report includes all of the tables and figures including in typical annual reports but the text is abbreviated.
