Throughout the Summit, 50 teams representing 46 states, the District of Columbia, U.S. Virgin Islands, Pacific Rim entities, and the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs (herein referred to as “Leadership Teams”) met in dialogue sessions to develop or refine strategic action plans for improving outcomes for youth with disabilities. The process for developing the state strategic action plans was framed around the recently released National Standards for Secondary Education and Transition for All Youth, developed by the National Alliance for Secondary Education and Transition (NASET).enyouth with disabilitiesyoung adults with disabilitiestransitioneducationdisabilityhigh school2005 National Leadership Summit on Improving Results for Youth (NCSET Leadership Summit)Report
