The site review is the only in-person, on-site comprehensive review of the program. The review provides the Federal Program Officer and members of the National Sea Grant Advisory Board and other selected reviewers the opportunity to meet with the Sea Grant program leadership, their advisory board, senior leadership and officials of the host university, and community stakeholders.
