We examined perceptions of, attitudes about, and norms related to fishing. We also inquired about fishing experience and intention to fish in the future. A survey was distributed to 2,100 Twin Cities’ residents, including a list of 800 men and 800 women purchased from Survey Sampling Inc. and 500 women drawn from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources’ (DNR) electronic licensing systems (ELS).
