This study will also identify factors that influenced the development of expert ice hockey coaches and the acquisition and evolution of their coaching knowledge. Based on these findings, it is hoped that coaching education programs and mentor coaches will gain a better understanding on how to present and increase the knowledge of aspiring hockey coaches.
