The City of North St. Paul allocated additional funds to support infrastructure improvements, including developing a living streets policy. Project lead Paul Ammerman partnered with students in PA 5253: Designing Participation Processes, to create a community engagement plan to implement the living streets policy. The students identified stakeholders and offered specific engagement recommendations, including using a visual preference survey. This is one of three living streets engagement projects completed in this course.
