The study gathered angling educators’ perspectives in an effort to identify what they believe a mentoring program in angling education should entail so that it leads to increased participation and responsible stewardship behavior. This research is relevant to outdoor educators and recreation professionals as it may identify a tool for increasing participation in angling.
