With this, the study of the genetic pathways underlying these incidences may provide insight to improve health outcomes. The current study focuses on the interaction of three genes associated with limb development, which are Sall4, Irx3, and Irx5. Previous studies have suggested that the functional pathways of these genes are somehow integrated. The data from this study supports that hypothesis by suggesting that Sall4, Irx3, and Irx5 function synergistically to promote proper development of the hindlimb.enThe Synergistic Interaction of Sall4 and Irx35 in Hindlimb DevelopmentPresentation
