The TORTE algorithm is used to estimate the brain wave phase real time and is mostly accurate. The power of the brain signal is measured before, during, and after stimulation. There is a hypothesis that the greater the power before stimulation, the more accurate the phase estimation will be during stimulation. This project looked at data from two rats over a total of 14 days in order to determine if a linear correlation exists between them. A correlation coefficient of 0.058 was found. This suggests that there is not a linear correlation between them, although a non-linear relationship could exist.enCorrelation of Power and TORTE Phase Estimation AccuracyPresentation
