It was established in 1984 with the original mission to help the Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul provide affordable housing for low and moderate-income families. Due to the needs of residents of certain properties, targeted resident services were initiated at selected developments to strengthen the economic self-sufficiency of families, as well as to improve the academic achievements of their children. Liberty Plaza is one such development providing service-enhanced housing. To help determine the need for and relevancy of services, residents' surveys are conducted periodically (every 2-3 years) at Liberty Plaza. Data for this report was collected in 2006, with the report published in 2007. Both adult residents and children/youth residents of Liberty Plaza were surveyed for this report. The responses showed overall satisfaction with Liberty Plaza. Answers to specific survey topics are provided in the text of the report.enEvaluationNeighborhood Planning for Community Revitalization (NPCR)St. PaulLiberty Plaza Residents SurveyReport
