Original videos were taken using a high-speed Phantom eX-2 camera with a macro lens (Carl Zeiss, Makro-Planar 2/100 zf.2) attached with Nikon PK-13, PK-12, PK-13, and PK-11A extension rings. A high power direction light source (Prior, Lumen 2000) was used to illuminate reactor during visual experiments. All raw footage was captured at 1000 fps. Videos included in this Supporting Information are cut from the raw footage to encapsulate only the 2 seconds during which the reaction pulses occurred. The data contains high speed photography of high temperature (500 - 650 deg C) pyrolysis of polyolefin films including low-density polyethylene and polypropylene.
