The influence of this enzyme on cow behavior was examined in pre- and post-partum transition cows, to determine in part if the enzyme could influence milk production through behavioral changes. Behaviors examined were time spent ruminating, eating, and standing. No statistically significant difference was observed between the behavior of control cows and that of cows fed Econase.en-USPreliminary Data on the Effects of Econase Supplementation on Milk Yield and Behavior of Transition CowsPresentation
