The goal of this project was to explore a decentralized community-center model where that integrates recreational and other infrastructure and programming desired by residents into the existing park and trail system, while being mindful of the urban/rural balance that exists in the community. Ramsey project lead Mark Riverblood collaborated with a team of students enrolled in James Wheeler's ARCH 3250 course, and Jessica Rossi-Mastracci and Joe Favour's LA 3002 course, to research the park and trail system in Ramsey and propose conceptual designs that furthers the community's needs. A final student report, handout, and poster from the project are available.enlocal governmentRamseysustainabilityCity of Ramsey Projects, 2017-2018Ramsey Community Center: Decentralized RamseyReport
