The goal of the study was to examine the training, delivery, and impact of reflective supervision/consultation (RS/C) on practitioners working in the early childhood field. The report reflects responses from 31 states across the US. Participants reported on the training offered, pathways to becoming a RS/C provider, and perceived needs around training. Mixed-methods results are presented and implications are discussed for organizations, practitioners, and researchers.enTraining in Reflective Supervision/Consultation: Nationwide Survey ResultsReport
