Due to the rapidly evolving nature of economic development in the Iron Range, the housing model is designed to be dynamic and can respond to change in the marketplace as new jobs and housing are created. By quantifying local housing needs and opportunities, the results of the model will help the Range Readiness Initiative to: 1) identify housing production capacity and need for added capacity; 2) inform planning opportunities by housing type; 3) identify opportunities geographically; 4) help attract resources for plan implementation; and 5) support further planning, and local and regional collaboration.en-USIron RangeHousing AnalysisThesis or Dissertation
