Abstract
Under the terms of the agreement signed August 15, 1983, and subsequent revisions made on December 1, and December 12, 1983, the Charles C.S. Song Co. conducted hydraulic transient flow modeling of the I-10 Inner Loop Drainage System of Phoenix, Arizona. The purpose of this analysis is to simulate the transient flows in the drainage system in order to help design a system that will not overflow and create large transient pressure under design storm runoff conditions. This report describes the work completed and the final recommendations made as the result of the analysis.
