Abstract

This analysis is based upon a research project titled "Cost/Benefit Study of Spring Load Restrictions," by Assistant Professor David Levinson, principal investigator, and Assistant Professor Mihai Marasteanu, co-principal investigator, of the University of Minnesota Department of Civil Engineering. Information and comments of pavement experts from the Minnesota Department of Transportation and local government agencies were also incorporated.
