Abstract
Description
The purpose of this pilot study was to develop four alternative futures or scenarios for growing perennial biomass crops within a 10-mile radius of Madelia, Minnesota. The study's aim was to demonstrate how the multiple functions in Madelia's agricultural landscape can be strategically enhanced to include a broader range of economic and conservation choices for local farmers and residents.
