Abstract
GVCBLUP is a software package for genomic prediction and variance component estimation of additive and dominance effects using SNP markers. All versions include the GBLUP, GREML, and GCORRMX software tools for genomic prediction and variance component estimation of additive and dominance effects, as well as calculation of genomic additive and dominance relationship matrices.
