Abstract
The Institute's monthly staff newsletter features news of recent activities, accomplishments, and resources. This month's first feature story is about the new Frontline Initiative, which highlights direct support teams. The second feature story is about ICI's work promoting competitive jobs and wages for workers with disabilities. The final story is about a new AAIDD guidebook on the direct support workforce, edited by ICI staff. This month's Update is Christopher Johnstone, the new head of the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development at the University of Minnesota.
