Description
In the summer of 2010, Provost Sullivan asked Robert McMaster, Vice Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Education, and Henning Schroeder, Vice Provost and Dean of Graduate Education, to co-chair a committee to take a comprehensive look at Twin Cities campus enrollments and develop proposals for comprehensively managing enrollments in the long term. The original charge stated, “It is clear that as we move forward with our continued strategic planning efforts involving both the academic and administrative side of the University a careful plan for enrollment management is essential. The short- and long-term enrollment management will affect our budgets and fiscal health, the curriculum we deliver, faculty/student ratios, and access to the University.”
