The February economic forecast sets the budget numbers that will drive legislative decisions on the budget and changes in Minnesota taxes. A premier panel of budget experts and legislative leads on the budget and tax policy react to the Forecast soon after it is released. The panel will include legislative leaders Rep. Mary Liz Holberg and Rep. Diane Loeffler and former commissioners and long-time public finance figures in Minnesota, Tom Hanson and John Gunyou.
