The FAST satellite's unique mode of high time resolution data collection makes it suited to investigating high frequency phenomena. FAST has recorded many instances of auroral kilometric radiation being accompanied by a harmonic, or a series of harmonics. The capabilities of FAST's electric and magnetic field sensors, as well as its accurate, high time resolution electron and ion detectors allow us to examine the parameters that may result in these harmonics. Furthermore, as the first satellite to directly observe AKR in its source region, FAST's data provides us with a detailed look at the substructure of AKR fundamentals and harmonics. We seek to characterize some of the observed properties of AKR harmonics, and to extend previous observations of AKR harmonics into the source region itself. There appears to be no relation between the potential drop above the spacecraft and the relative strength of the observed harmonics. We also present evidence of possible three-wave processes in AKR, and of the presence of multiple different harmonics corresponding to multiple fundamentals.
