This guide is one of over 40 separate pieces developed by teams of Extension Service educators, volunteers, youth, professional writers and artists from the 12 states of the North Central Region. This series is the first in a set of four books dealing with poultry. The set has three youth guides that were developed for three levels of expertise - beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
