A brief addressing studies that explore employer perspectives on managing supports and accommodations for youth with disabilities, and the implications of these studies for transition practice and employment services for youth with disabilities. Examining employer perceptions of hiring and accommodating individuals with disabilities is an important consideration in making work-based learning opportunities available to youth with disabilities. Further resources are included.
