This collection contains an issue of the Home Economics News Letter from November 1959 (vol. 1, no. 1). Other issues may be missing.

The Department of Home Economics was part of the Division of Education and Psychology and later the College of Education. In 1984-85, when the College of Education became the College of Education and Human Service Professions, the Department of Home Economics became the Department of Child and Family Development. The 1992-93 Campus Directory is the last one to list the Department of Child and Family Development.
