This collection contains the constitution and bylaws of the University of Minnesota Duluth Shared Governance (versions revised and/or approved in 2002, 2014, and 2020) as well as documentation from the 2017 Shared Governance Review Task Force. It also contains materials that provide an overview of the University of Minnesota Duluth shared governance (also known as "campus governance") system, including a Shared Governance Statement (possibly from 2017) and orientation presentations from fall 2017 and fall 2018.
