This peer-reviewed, annual academic journal published articles and reviews on the history and culture of the Soviet Union during the era of the New Economic Policy, 1921-1928. The journal was published by Charles Schlacks, Jr. of Idyllwild, California, and edited by Alexis Pogorelskin, Ph.D., University of Minnesota Duluth. Articles and reviews were published in English or in Russian. After issuing eight volumes (2007-2014), the print journal ceased publication.
