Between 2007 and 2012, materials in the Board of Regents dockets were transferred to the UDC with password protections. The passwords were forcibly broken in order to OCR the files before uploading to the UDC. However, something in the process of cracking the pdfs caused the files to act as if they were corrupted and unreadable when downloaded from the UDC or opened in the browser.

The following bitstreams in this record have been replaced by a corrected PDF. Note that the names used below are the *file names*, and not the *file descriptions* that display on the record.

"UE" has been appended to all modified PDFs uploaded to the UDC, referring to the file being unencrypted.
