Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: Bacteria were isolated from retail meats sampled in Minnesota. One E. coli isolate per sample was further grown in LB broth. DNA was extracted from this growth using a Qiagen DNEasy Kit. DNA was subsequently sequenced using an Illumina MiSeq 2X300 PE V3 kit. Genomes were assembled using Spades. Files provided in this repository are the ultimate assembly files for each genome. 2. Methods for processing the data: NA 3.
