File allenqd.zip added to ftp site 9/6/2000.

allenqd.zip is a zip-compressed file containing Arc export
(.e00) files and other files for the mapping project of the
Allen Quadrangle in 1996-97 upon which the published map
M-91 was based. The zip file contains a file called index.txt
which lists and describes the other files contained in the
archive.
