Methods for collecting maize biomass followed the Long-term Agricultural Research Network (http://ltarn.cfans.umn.edu/) protocol established for maize stover harvest Methods for collecting maize grain followed the Long-term Agricultural Research Network protocol (http://ltarn.cfans.umn.edu/) established for maize grain harvest Methods for collecting soil moisture followed the instrument manual 2.
