Digital products

The export (.e00) files for the Arc/Info coverages created for this
project are given as a .zip file named "c-12.zip".  File "index.txt"
lists and gives a brief description of the digital files included
in "c-12.zip".

Freeware versions of software to extract the zipped files are readily 
available for almost any platform (pc, Unix, Mac,..) for download via 
the web.

All covers are registered in UTM coordinates, zone 15, NAD83 projection.

Metadata for the digital files is given in file "c-12meta.pdf".

Graphic files for the plates are given in directory "pdf".

The pdf map should be viewed using Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher for best results.
If necessary, download this file in binary, not ASCII. 

If you would like paper copies of the geologic plates; contact the MGS Map 
Sales office at 612-627-4780, ex. 238 and specify publication "County Atlas 
Series C-12, part A".
