Yes, however other versions contain extra information that is not necessary for interpretation or included in the final manuscript. -------------------------- METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION -------------------------- 1. Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: From the abstract: In this greenhouse study, we varied application of rhizobia (Bradyrhizobium sp.) inoculum and drought to examine whether the fitness benefits of rhizobia to their host, the partridge pea (Chamaecrista fasciculata), would differ between drought and well-watered conditions. Plants were harvested nine weeks after seeds were sown. 2. Methods for processing the data: N/A 3. Instrument- or software-specific information needed to interpret the data: VWC was calculated using the volts measured on the Decagon device. The volt measurement was then converted to VWC using the equation: VWC= [4.94 x 10^-4 *mV] - 0.554 All measurements used rulers, balances, and simple counts. 4. Standards and calibration information, if appropriate: N/A 5. Environmental/experimental conditions: N/A 6. Describe any quality-assurance procedures performed on the data: N/A 7.
