Date published or finalized for release: 2023-09-21 4. Date of data collection (single date, range, approximate date): We did not collect any data ourselves. 5. Geographic location of data collection (where was data collected?): The data was originally collected in the United Kingdom. 6. Information about funding sources that supported the collection of the data: No funding sources were used. 7. Overview of the data (abstract): We conducted genome-wide association studies (GWAS) at the latent level of the factors measured by the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised neuroticism assessment. To be specific, we applied the software tool Genomic SEM to the item-level summary statistics made available by Nagel et al. (2018). Here we present the summary statistics of the neuroticism general factor and the group factors (depressed affect, worry, vulnerability). We also present the DEPICT collections file based on the 1000 Genomes phase 3 that we employed in our bioinformatic follow-up. To ease dissemination of our results for other scientific endeavors, we are sharing our files here to facilitate downloading. -------------------------- SHARING/ACCESS INFORMATION -------------------------- 1.
