B. Filename: SedimentChemistryData_abaker_Thesis_2018_final_submitted August 2018_latlongRedactedFeb2019.xlsx Short description: Sheet 1 contains a copy of the data from the file above with formatted headings; Sheet 2 contains a description of sediment source codes -------------------------- METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION -------------------------- 1. Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: These data were collected in support of the development of a watershed budget for sediment-derived phosphorus. This table presents the results of analyses of sediment total phosphorus and extractable dissolved phosphorus (soluble reactive phosphorus, SRP, or dissolved orthophosphate, DOP) and other parameters with potential influence over the phosphorus content of these sediments. This data set consists of 97 samples collected from both erosional source areas and from target sinks such as channel beds and fluvial suspended sediment. See Anna Baker's thesis (2018) entitled "Phosphorus-sediment interactions and their implications for watershed scale phosphorus dynamics in the Le Sueur River" for further details regarding sample collection, processing, and analysis that supported the generation of this data set. Please see the variable list below for definitions of codes appearing in the data set. ----------------------------------------- DATA-SPECIFIC INFORMATION FOR: LeSueurSedimentChemistry_latlongsRedacted.csv ----------------------------------------- 1.
