This folder contains the report, figures and maps in digital format, along with
Arcview Projects associated with the report.

All information, including instructions on running the Arcview projects
can be accessed by double clicking on the file "SMSC project report.htm"
contained on this folder.  

In order for the Arcview projects to run properly, the folder "smsc_mgs" on this 
CD should be copied to the root directory on your C: drive.  Some files may still need
to be relinked within the ArcView project.
