In order to achieve a premier administrative operation that is integrated, results-based, and nimble, the
Steering Committee believes that a targeted focus is necessary in the following areas:
Each of the seven administrative task forces has a role to play in facilitating success of one or more of
these frameworks. The following sections describe each framework’s importance to the transformation
and the Steering Committee’s recommendation for near-term, transformative projects that will help drive
success in that area.
