A transcript of a Capacity Building Institute (CBI) that was sponsored by NCSET and the National Center for the Study of Postsecondary Educational Supports. It focused on how to support youth with disabilities as they transition to, and participate in, postsecondary education. Professionals, educators, and consumers gathered for presentations, discussions, and strategic planning.
