A transcript of a Capacity Building Institute (CBI), sponsored by NCSET and the National Center for the Study of Postsecondary Educational Supports, that was held in collaboration with the Annual Pac Rim Conference. Participants increased their understanding of the issues surrounding preparation for and professional employment of individuals with disabilities, network with national leaders in the area of employment, contribute directly to the development of policy recommendations, and built skills and acquired new knowledge.
