This survey tool was designed to assess knowledge of risk analysis and the perception of its implementation in Latin America and Caribbean countries. We surveyed individuals who worked in food safety in academia, government, and private sectors in these countries. These surveys were available in both English and Spanish and were completed online.

The zip files contain bundles of the html pages used to run the surveys. When the files are downloaded and unzipped, click on the "index.htm" file in the unzipped folder to launch the survey in a browser window. You will then be able to navigate the survey as participants did in the study.
